I came down with a cold last night :|
it was hard to sleep because if my sore throat
my body was aching and my head throbbing

When all else fails I go back to my asian roots and
I used this liquid balm called WHITE FLOWER
and finally I was able to sleep :)

Has anyone tried gargling with vinegar when they have sore throat?
ever since I was kid I was told to do so and IT REALLY DOES WORK
vinegar and salt is my remedy for a sore throat

thanksgiving is another so called "holiday" and an excuse to forget about
your diet and get super bloated
its a love and hate thing for me.
And I never really thought cooking can get you so tired
plus washing all the dishes--my hands are now dry but on the bright side
the warm, running water kept my hands warm

IM DEFINITELY WORKING OUT TOMORROW!
walking or jogging! just as long as I burn calories

Happy Thanksgiving to all

 Thursdays-Sundays
these are the day when I dont have school. I would usually head out to see a few friend and pointlessly spend money on food or whatever catches my interest BUT for some time now (almost a month) I've just been spending my days at home, listening to music/playing music, watching shows/movies, enjoying a cup of tea while random thoughts run around in my head, I've started reading yesterday (outloud) which I havent done in a while (im hoping it will help out my English)

Oh I've also started watching what I eat, not that im overweight or anything..its just...I wanna be more fit and loose what Ive recently gain(10lbs). Two days ago is when I began a workout routine. I jog around my neighborhood for 30 minutes and of course I walk after that for atleast 10-15 minutes just so I can slow down my heart rate and I head home to finish off with 5lbs weights, sit ups, push ups and last but not least I STRETCH.
I avoid diner and if I get hungry I replace a meal with fruit or crackers just to satisfy the hunger and keep my metabolism going.

I picked up my pictures from the gallery today and I thought about ringing a friend but I figured people would be busy on Sunday and I was getting pretty hungry so I just headed home.

Im trying to save up money for an electric guitar and an amp
I already know what I want after visiting a music store
$500 and im all set.
hmm well there are other instruments that I want to add into the stuff that write like maraca and tambourine..money money money
ONE goal that I must achieve this coming year is to be able to play an open mic, something that I've wanted to do but I've got a bit of a stage freight so...we'll see
thats all for now, I dont wanna make this any longer as is...or do I?

gooooooood day to all! remember to drive safe (i've been running into a few accidents on the freeway)

San Gabriel, LA, Boilong Crab for diner and Diamond Bar for cue pics.

Took the girls to San Gabriel for lunch for some affordable chinese dish
oh and boba. Its a little harder/frustrating to order because most of the workers hardly understand english and you come across some not so enthusiastic employees but that doesnt stop me from ordering.

We were off to LA after..ChinaTown. I bought a fish key chain and the girls bought phone charms after an hour or so we were set for Japan LA, a cute japanese store (sanrio) in melrose. I tried on a hello kitty hat that ive been wanting to buy but it dint cath my taste so we just kept walking along the street.

we made up our mind to skip Little Tokyo and head out for diner.
It was my first time at boiling crab (alhambra) and we waited for almost two hours to be seated BUT it was worth the wait. I ordered one pound of shrimp (the whole shebang?) and I got mild because I was warned that spicy is a little too hot to enjoy and I ordered rice because im so used to eating shrimp w/ rice. Mmmmmm it was sooooooooo gooooood! im definitely coming back for more. Hopefully they finish the whole store extension and renovation by the time I decide come for more, so I dont have to drive an extra 25 miles for Boiling Crab.

The three of us finally took cue pics. We have been setting this plan off for almost a year, due to our busy schedules. You can never go wrong with cue pics and its inexpensive as long everyone pitches in. :)
